2. Services
translationsfast provides professional translation services delivered digitally: express translation, standard document translation, certified translation, software localisation, video subtitling and translation proofreading. No physical goods are sold.
3. Payment
Full payment required before work begins. Prices in EUR. Rush Rate applies a 39% surcharge to Standard Rate for the same scope. Stripe processes all payments.
4. Confidentiality
All client documents are treated as strictly confidential. All translators are contractually bound to confidentiality. NDA available on request for any project.
5. Intellectual Property
Translated output becomes client property upon full payment. Translation memories and glossaries may be retained by translationsfast for quality and consistency purposes.
6. Liability
Liability limited to fees paid for the project in question. Not liable for indirect losses. Professional indemnity insurance maintained.
7. Governing Law
German law governs. Jurisdiction: Amtsgericht Osnabruck, Germany.
