All translationsfast deliverables are sent digitally via email or secure download link. No physical documents unless specifically agreed in advance.
2. Standard Timelines
- Express 24h: delivery within 24 hours of receipt (before 14:00 CET weekdays)
- Standard Package (up to 3,000 words): 3 business days
- Volume Package: 7 to 10 business days
- Certified Documents: 2 business days
- Video Subtitling: 3 to 7 business days depending on video length
- Post-Editing/Proofreading: 2 to 3 business days
3. Rush Rate Timelines
Rush Rate orders receive priority handling. Express 24h under Rush Rate guarantees same-day delivery for documents received before 12:00 CET. Weekend handling at Rush Rate is available on request.
4. Timeline Conditions
Timelines run from project kickoff after payment confirmed and all source materials received. Delays in providing materials extend the timeline proportionally.
5. Acceptance
Clients have 7 calendar days from delivery to raise written objections. After 7 days without written objection, delivery is considered accepted.
